Have you ever felt alone and did not know where to turn? Perhaps you have wanted to help others who feel alone and are struggling to make ends meet? The purpose of Community Care is to provide a place to give and receive support.
Many of us who have moved from outside San Diego County realize the need to pull together. For example in one apartment complex in PQ, there are 28 different languages spoken. It can be overwhelming at times to raise a family and get to know other people.
We have various ways that you can volunteer or receive support throughout the month. We are adding more information to our web page all the time so check back often.

I live in PQ and would love the opportunity to volunteer in your community events. My 12-year-old son and I participated in your 23rd Food Packaging event at the Church of Rancho Bernardo and wanted to do more. Please keep us in mind when holding local events.
